Mission Statement:
The learning community of Roan Creek Elementary School will work together to provide opportunities for all students to attain the necessary skills and behaviors to be successful and responsible learners before they leave our school.

Welcome!

Welcome to the Roan Creek Elementary Website.  We first opened our doors on August 14, 2002 for students in Preschool through grade six.  We have approximately 500 students and 35 teachers including a Reading Specialist and a Guidance Counselor.  Our students take part in Music, Physical Education, Vocabulary, and Library classes.  We are equipped with a 25 station computer lab with a stationary SMART Board, one 28 station and two 26 station portable laptop labs equipped with wireless Internet connections, SMART Boards in every classroom, and a 36 station AlphaSmart 3000 keyboard cart, as well as a science lab and a computer applications lab.
