Second Grade Library Lesson Plans *** FELLOW LIBRARIANS: OVER THE YEARS I HAVE HAD MANY LIBRARIANS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY CONTACT ME ABOUT MY LIBRARY CURRICULUM. I AM HAPPY TO SHARE ANYTHING THAT I HAVE. IF YOU USE THIS SITE YOU WILL WANT TO COPY/PRINT WHAT YOU NEED. I AM CHANGING MY CURRICULUM TO ONE THAT IS PROJECT-BASED AND THESE PAGES WILL BE GONE IN A FEW WEEKS. Second graders meet once every six days for 40 minutes. In the first semester students review book care, learn about the parts of a book, and discuss different authors and illustrators. They read several Caldecott books as well as focus on various authors. |
